Ching-Hui (Joan) Su Iowa State University, USA

Ching-Hui (Joan) Su is an assistant professor in apparel, events, and hospitality management, has received the the 2021 Research Award from the International Council on Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Education. The award recognizes Su as lead author of the best paper of the year by an ICHRIE member published in a reputable hospitality and/or tourism-related journal. The paper “Does sustainability index matter to the hospitality industry?” was published in Tourism Management in December 2020.
