Great content and very practical for today's emerging leaders.
Excellent text for survey leadership course.
This is a great book to use for our Leadership 355
Northouse provides a thorough analysis and synthesis of contemporary and current leadership theories and models that can transcend multidisciplined programmes within the Business and Management/Leadership and Management suite of modules. An excellent text for Undergraduate and Postgraduate students.
Used previous edition and it worked well.
Historically, this is the best text I have found for teaching the foundations of leadership. The breakdown, charts, and surveys are all great.
Wish there was a little move detail in the Followership section with more depth from the leader's responsibility to followers and more "how to" information for being a great follower that can help and org or goal more successful. Note that the provided information is a good foundation.
The content was what we needed.
Chose another text this time (temporary). But will consider this text for the coming semesters.
