"I especially like the fact that [this] text covers the innovation process from creative idea to implementation. Chapters covering the new venture plan and how to make innovation work in the students' organization are a real advantage."
"Professors Hisrich and Kearney are addressing a very interesting and timely topic, innovation and entrepreneurship, which in the evolving globalization era has significant applications. The strength of the text is its topics relevancy and case studies in each chapter."
"I love the way this book is written...It offers some hope for the future of US business in this global world market."
This textbook provides a comprehensive introduction to basic concepts related to creativity, innovation, entrepreneurship and management of related phenomena and processes in various organizations. The advantage of the volume is that all chapters contain interesting case studies and vast lists of suggested readings. However, the volume will be more useful if the examples provided are more recent and related to, for example, industry 4.0 and the digital economy. Also, examples of exercises for classes and a glossary will be helpful.
Text which will inform curriculum development and help to develop student attributes which reflect entrepreneurship now essential in contemporary healthcare
Suitable to support out Level 4 modules.
Clear and informative text. Well in line with the subject of the course
Interesting book. I will keep certainly in mind for future courses.
Too superficial and general for our course that is aimed specifically at students in journalism and communication.
The book is useful for both undergraduate and postgrad level.
