SAGE Publishing launches open access journal Brain and Neuroscience Advances
London, UK. SAGE Publishing today announces that it is to launch in 2016 Brain and Neuroscience Advances, the official open access (OA) journal of the British Neuroscience Association (BNA).
Brain and Neuroscience Advances promotes the study and development of neurosciences in health and disease. Publishing original research papers and reviews, the journal provides a wide-ranging, multidisciplinary approach to the field of neuroscience - from ion channels to animal behavior, to applications in the clinic and beyond – with a truly global reach.
BNA President, Professor John Aggleton remarked:
“We are delighted to launch the official Open Access journal of the BNA with SAGE Publishing, the academic publisher with the fastest growing Medical and Health Sciences program globally in the last 20 years. We are confident that Brain and Neuroscience Advances will rapidly become an important platform for publishing high caliber research, stimulating debate and discussion about neuroscience in health and disease.
