There is a lot covered in this book and it is laid out and presented in a way which I think students would appreciate, however, it is rather broad brush. It would be fine as a basic starting point but probably does not provide enough depth for my students to justify purchasing it.
The book is written with clarity and explores key themes in Organizational Behaviour. The stands out in its simplicity and can be an excellent Recommended/Supplementary reading for students.
This is a book of great interest particularly for students of management and economics, approaching the current topics of organizational behavior with the detail required for this target audience. It has the great advantage of being very schematic and give many examples of companies that help to articulate the theoretical component with organizational reality.
Congratulations to the authors and to Sage!
Best regards,
Isabel Torres
