I found this new book incredibly useful. It breaks down complex teaching theories and makes them easy to apply in real classroom settings. What I loved most were the practical activities and real-life examples that helped me grasp the concepts quickly. It covers everything from curriculum development to assessment techniques, and I think it’s a fantastic resource for both new and experienced teachers looking to improve their practice.
As a qualified educator for many years, i still found this book has given me more knowledge on different subjects. I have found this book very useful for my own research. I will highly recommend this book to anyone studying for the DiT.
This updated edition includes some important changes in the new framework. This has been very useful for our new trainees as an introductory text, it has been a good guide to help them to settle into their new role as a teacher. They particularly enjoyed the section exploring sustainability as it provoked ideas for their own classroom delivery.
