Ariko Noji, RN, PHN, PhD Chiba University, Japan

Ariko Noji, RN, PHN, PhD is a prominent figure in nursing education and research in Japan. Her main research area includes diversity & global nursing care guidelines, CQI (continue quality improvement) in nursing education, NCM (nutrition care & management), and EOLC (end of life care). She has been appointed as the professor of Nursing Administration at Chiba University.

She contributed to establish several bachelorette and graduate nursing programs at Tokyo Medical and Dental University, the Tokyo University, St. Luke’s Nursing College, Sapporo Medical University and the Ministry of Self Defense. She teaches undergraduate, graduate and international nursing students. Also, she is actively involved in post-graduate education in Japan at Chiba University, Center for Education and Research in Nursing Practice. She provides several nursing administration training programs for vice directors of nursing in University hospitals in nationwide using capstone project approach.

She has the position of Editor in Japan Journal of Nursing and Human Sciences by Wiley-Blackwell in English, Journal of Japanese Society of Health Sciences, and Journal of Japanese Society on Nutrition Care and Management. She is working for School Journal of Graduate School of Nursing Chiba University as Editor-in-Chief.
