Hongwei Yu is a postdoctoral fellow in the Institute for Studies of Religion (ISR) at Baylor University. His research centers on student persistence and degree completion, student academic misconduct, part-time faculty, and organizational leadership. He specializes in conducting quantitative analysis using large-scale national data sets. He is currently working as the lead research analyst for a project examining the role of character virtues in addressing student academic misconduct funded by the Templeton World Charity Foundation (TWCF). Hongwei Yu received his PhD degree in Higher Education Administration (HEA) at the University of Florida.
