Some really good points made in the book, I like the use of case studies throughout and the reference to further reading, this is very useful.

This book has some useful content to supplement areas of modules. This would include Foundations in Palliative Care and Dimensions of Loss
Key concepts related to learning disabilities clearly explained with examples to illustrate. Although I have authored one of these concepts, it was good to see how useful the whole book will be to students. I will definately recommend this book as additional reading for health and social care students in order that they gain further insights into learning disabilities and related issues.
