An excellent resource that recognises the complexity of human behaviour and the interplay between multiple factors that determine outcomes; whilst also recognising the need to shine a light on the bigger issues relating to health inequalities when addressing 'health promotion'.

We need a somewhat more general text for students who become nutritionists in the first place. Also because of some rules within university i need a somewhat cheaper book to make sure the costs stay manageable for students.
