I suggested students to read the book.
This book helps me to guide students in their survival tactics through the journey of learning and understanding how to manage their work in order to sustain their performance.
This is a great book for students to access during tutorial sessions. Looking after health and wellbeing is an essential part of being a student and I like to emphasise this just as much as the academic side of things. I have a reading list for my tutorial sessions that emphasises both study skills and mental health and wellbeing and this is now a book that I both recommend to my students and use as a basis for taught tutorial sessions
I’ve recently become more interested in the topic myself and was looking for resources to complement my current course. I like the variety of topics and the approach that provides both some theoretical background for students who’d like to know more about the topics and practical exercises. Great book!
