Garrett's Brain and Behavior is my favorite way to introduce students to behavioral neuroscience. It's a great text for students beginning to learn about the brain-behavior connection, regardless of their backgrounds. Students find it engaging and easy-to-read, which is a huge plus in motivating them to do the reading!
