Oliver Schilke is an associate professor of management and organizations (with tenure) and an assistant professor of sociology (by courtesy) at the University of Arizona. He is also the Director of the Center for Trust Studies at the University of Arizona. His research interests include trust, collaboration, organizational routines/capabilities, and micro-institutional processes. He received his Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of California–Los Angeles.
