Robert J. Vandenberg, PhD, is the Robert O. Arnold Professor of Business and chair of the Department of Management in the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. He has been a senior researcher with the Workplace Health Group since its foundation. He has more than 30 years of experience in workplace dynamics as a researcher, instructor, and consultant. His primary areas of research, though, include research methods, and basic and advanced statistical modeling procedures such as structural equation modeling. He has been a member of numerous expert and advisory panels, work groups, and editorial boards of the discipline’s top-tier journals.
