This book delves into the reasons for continuous disregard politically, legally, socially of children at risk for abuse and neglect. It examines where we've been and why we're not making more progress and provides ways to finally bring this travesty to an end. It is intended as an aid to child advocates - a way to bring their research and experitse to people who can make huge improvements in the lives of children at risk for abuse and neglect.
