A really valuable resource for students where leadership and management are now genuineky being recognised as key to quality provision in the early years. It is good to have reference to EYPS and further encouragement on the value of reflective practice.
Will recommend as supplementary reading for students. Would like more focus on the excellent work taking place within the Foundation Phase in Wales.
