This new graduate-level text provides a step-by-step process for managing innovation and entrepreneurship in an organization using appropriate scenarios, theories, principles, practices, case studies and examples. This is the first book in the market to look at innovation/entrepreneurship from an international perspective. It identifies and discusses ways to manage innovation and entrepreneurship in both turbulent as well as stable environments. It includes discussion of each aspect of the process of innovation required to achieve success. Each chapter begins with a case study/scenario and ends with review and discussion questions.

This book provides good case studies to understand the nature of innovation for students in Public Administration Department who will then understand the concept of innovation in public sector/governments.

A very good text which offers many fresh perspectives

Mr Rajesh Sharma
Department of Business & Law, Croydon College

Unfortunately, the textbook's focus was innovation rather than entrepreneurship, esp. in the international context. For this reason it couldn't become adopted for the International Entrepreneurship course. However, for a course in Innovation it could be a very interesting and timely reading.
