This is an excellent book to introduce students to the concept of Occupational Psychology and what it involves. I have ordered a copy for the library as a recommended reference for our Psychology students. The book is written clearly and concisely and inculdes case studies and real life examples that add extra interest.

The book contains most 'taken for granted' issues which are fundamentally relevant for both students and practitioners in the field. Quite a good reference material.

An excellent text, which will provide an excellent resource to students in their 3rd year undergraduate or postgraduate HRM programme.
