Luke Fowler Boise State University, USA

Luke Fowler is an associate professor of public policy and administration at Boise State University. He received his PhD from Mississippi State University. His research interests include policy implementation, collaboration and collective action, energy and environmental policy, and state and local government. His research has been published in many journals, including American Review of Public Administration, Governance, Policy Studies Journal, Public Administration, State & Local Review, and State Politics & Policy Quarterly. His latest book is Environmental Federalism: Old Legacies and New Challenges.
