Stefan Verweij received his PhD in public administration in 2015 at Erasmus University Rotterdam, the Netherlands. His research focuses on cross-sector collaboration, with a focus on complexity, governance and networks, infrastructure planning, infrastructure project implementation, project evaluation, project management and organization, public–private partnerships, and qualitative comparative analysis. He currently works as a postdoc researcher at the University of Groningen, the Netherlands.
