Abejide Monsurat Adesanya began her studies in 2024. She is now enrolled at Edinburgh Napier University, where she is working toward a (MBA) master’s degree in strategic project management. At The Polytechnic, Ibadan, she previously obtained a Higher National Diploma in Mass Communication (2013). She has a solid foundation in communication, critical thinking, and project management thanks to her academic journey. She has been employed as a support worker for more than a year, which has improved her capacity to collaborate with a variety of people, handle challenging circumstances, and provide efficient assistance. Before that, she worked in operations and customer service for two years at Speedaf, a logistics company, where she learned a lot about logistics management, operational effectiveness and customer relations. She also actively participated in a sustainability-focused project during her master’s program, working with peers to create plans that encourage environmental responsibility in Scotland. Her knowledge of creative thinking and sustainable project management has increased because of this experience. Her goal is to develop a career that combines strategic planning, sustainable development, and strong leadership to produce significant, long-lasting project outcomes as I progress through my postgraduate studies.
