The NHRD Network Journal has been publishing since 2006, and has systematically built knowledge in the HR arena and made it available to current & future generations of HR professionals by including contributions from various eminent authors and by drawing the attention of chief executives of different organisations, agencies and Government departments to HRD philosophy and processes and their benefits. The Journal has evolved over time and facilitated professional development by stimulating the HR Professional thought process, disseminating HRD knowledge and skills among HR professionals and practitioners, and sharing information and experiences relating to HRD.

The NHRD Network Journal is the official publication of the National HRD Network. The aim of the journal is to compile and publish the research and professional views and experiences of reputed HR professionals, line professionals, CEOs, researchers and academicians in different specialised areas within the field of human resource development. Extensive research is carried out to identify themes of current interest to HR fraternity for each issue. Each issue is guest-edited by an expert in the concerned theme area. The Journal continuously strives to generate new knowledge in HR by thriving active collaboration between practitioners and academics.
The Journal publishes primarily three categories of articles:
