As my students are at a masters level; and the book is aimed at UG level students, I will use this book as a supplement for my lectures and seminars for group activities and discussions.

An easy to read and good 'dip into' book covering a broad range of topics. Provides a good starting point for the students.

This book is able to give a complete notion of what organizational behavior is as well as all of its ramifications and areas of application. It has a very flexible and simple approach, being enhanced by previously prepared exercises for students that are very well constructed.
Finally, I enjoyed the fact that part of its organization is through a list of key terms, which is quite useful to navigate in the book.

I will use this book first time as a recommended text for my lecture on "Managing Organizational Change" at Bilgi University (Laureta International Universities) this year.

I will also use the same book for MA in Organizational Psychology in Psychology Department this year.

I hope this book will make a great contribution to understand and analyze the organizational behavior.

Thank you SAGE and Nahavandi.

Very interesting information, American focus but still worth reviewing for content towards students learning.

An excellent introductory text. Clearly defined and well structured book, which simplifies much of the organisational behaviour. This book provides a concise and readable introduction to the complexities of organisational behaviour. Dealing with all of the key features, it takes each in turn and introduces and develops them in an easy-to-follow and step-by-step approach. It covers the familiar features of organisation behaviour, organisational context, leadership, motivation and culture and diversity, in a fresh and direct point of view, and deals extensively with the great impact of technological and social changes of working life. The pros will obviously be the usage of the much simpler and average vocabulary in the context. Secondly, the examples used in the case studies are easy to understand as well. I will definitely recommend this book to any students studying business, human resource management and any related courses which relates to Organisational Behaviour at any level, in the higher education curriculum. This book provides an excellent read for students studying OB and provides opportunities to stretch and develop those with enquiring minds.
