Not entirely suited to my students' needs, but that is by no way a criticism of the book. This is a clear, cohesive and useful read.

This is a good book on case-study research design. It provides an easy guide and student-friendly language that makes life a lot easier on understanding how and when to apply case-study approach.

This is a good basic text for those students trying to understand the process of case study research. The appeal of this book is mainly that it caters for the 'needs' of management and business students (which was quite an important factor, since business school students tend to like texts that are aimed at them, rather than texts from related disciplines, e.g. sociology). The explanations are very clear, stages are very clear. I think it is a good supplemental source.

An easy to handle book.

The students use it a basement to go on with their work.

Case study research is frequently considered as the "easy way", which it is not. This book helps students to understand what case study research really is. Therefore it is important to read it carefully before and while writing a case study-based dissertation.
