Simultaneous submissions policy

Sage will pause the processing of submissions if a duplicate or simultaneous submission is reported by another journal/publisher.  An investigation will be undertaken to confirm duplication and if the journal Editor or Sage have ethical concerns about the submission, these will be rejected without further review.
